Assembling a Championship Team

Put your dream team in place. A great business is made up of a great team who shares your vision and mission. The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. There is no “i” in team but there is in win. (Michael Jordan). The way your team plays together will ultimately determine your success. Individual effort alone will not create lasting success. Regardless of business finances it is important to assemble a great team to assist you in developing and executing your business strategy, marketing, sales, finance, operations and legal.

A great team will consist of members that will not always agree with you. A great team will consist of members that want always tell you what you want to hear but, they will always tell you what you need to hear. As the leader of your team, it is your responsibility to help create the vision, define the vision and help set the path to accomplishing the vision. This is done best through a collaborative effort.
